Under the direction of two brothers-in-law passionate about hospitality, we seek to create a space that provides freedom and relaxation to our guests, where technology and comfort merge to offer a pleasant, familiar and memorable stay, just like at home.

Our Mission:

At Praia Boutique Hotel & Residences, we provide our guests with an authentic and hassle-free experience, where technology facilitates their stay without the need for a traditional front desk. Through a self-service system and digital communication, we ensure that every guest has quick and easy access to all services and amenities. We specialize in offering an intimate and cozy atmosphere, inspired by the Airbnb style, with fully equipped kitchens with all the necessary utensils for cooking, allowing our guests to enjoy the flexibility and comfort of feeling at home. In addition, we offer parking, swimming pool, gym and we are located just a 6-minute walk from Miami Beach. Every detail is designed for guests to enjoy maximum comfort, privacy and personalized attention, always with a warm and close touch that reflects our passion for welcoming each person as if they were part of the family.
